spotted this in the Worcester MA Craigslist. Maybe someone here will take a look. I have no connection, and hey the "seller" is giving them away.

here is the text - there are no pictures
"In an old barn, slated for destruction this week, on the second floor, are several old, iron machines. Something like a drill press; something the shape of a lathe, but I don't think it is a lathe. These machines look like they are exceptional condition, except for the dust of many years. These machines are belt driven off a single motor. They are works of art, with levers and handcranks and dials. And they weigh a ton.
The barn is going down sometime this week, but the owner has given permission for everything to be hauled away. Workmen have already gone through the house and stripped it clean, but these dang machines are just too big for anyone to move.
I hate to see them go in the rubbish. And I wish I could tell you more about them, but I simply do not have any more info.
If you have a truck and a bunch of strong hands, you can come and get these. 11 Littleton Rd., Harvard, MA 01451, daylight hours only. If you do take them, please post here, so others won't bother.
(No, I don't have pictures and I don't know any more about the machines. I'm just trying to help them find a good home).

I saw this one last night. See http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/showthread.php/intriguing-188987.html
Peter of this board will be heading over there today to check this out. (I think) Watch for update tonight.

Guess I should have checked more carefully if it was posted already.
I'm not to far from there either, but given the stated time the barn is comming down I did't think I would get there in time to help publicise things.
I've already filled up my shop space with projects. Can't really add till I finish a couple and get them moved to open up some more space.
I'll watch the other thread -the moderator can feel free to delete this one if appropriate.
